As nutritional supplements are consumable substances, we maintain strict return conditions to protect the health and safety of all our customers. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.
Accepted Return Conditions
1. Damaged or Tampered Packaging
If the product you receive has packaging that was damaged during delivery or shows signs of tampering, you are entitled to request a return or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order and provide photos as evidence.
2. Insufficient Expiry Date (Less Than Serving Days Remaining)
If the remaining days until the product's expiry date are fewer than the number of servings in the product (meaning you cannot finish the product before it expires under normal use), you may request a return. For example: a product with 30 servings that expires in fewer than 30 days qualifies for a return.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Conditions
1. Products Opened or Used by the Customer
No returns or exchanges are accepted for any product that has been opened or used by the customer, regardless of how much was consumed.
2. Customer Ordered the Wrong Product
Returns or exchanges resulting from the customer's own ordering error (e.g. wrong flavour, size, or product) are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
For food safety reasons, all opened supplements are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable to protect the health of other customers.
