Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Macau SAR only, covering Macau Peninsula, Taipa, and Coloane.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver on the same working day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are typically delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day.

Public Holidays
Delivery may be delayed during public holidays. All orders placed on a public holiday will be scheduled for delivery on the next available working day.
Typhoon Delivery Policy
To ensure the safety of our delivery team and customers, the following arrangements apply during typhoons:

| Signal 3 | Delivery may be delayed depending on conditions |
| Signal 8 or above | All deliveries suspended (safety reasons) |
Delivery will resume on the next working day after the typhoon signal drops to Signal 3 or below. Affected orders will be automatically rescheduled — no need to re-order.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on all orders over MOP$650 within Macau.
